The MI-6 Custom Bass VI
Ltd. Ed. Purple: $1299.00
The MI-6 Custom Bass VI will shatter any pre-conceived idea of what a bass guitar should be. Featuring a radical 28.5" short scale, lightning fast neck and lighter gauge bass strings, it feels like we invented a brand new instrument altogether.
The wild space-age body is loaded with Musicvox Bass Mini-Humbuckers, delivering a surprisingly exceptional rich bass tone. This isn't just a novelty instrument whatsoever. The short scale, pickup combinations and tone woods are combined to reduce nodal overtones, delivering a thunderous bass tone and expanded midrange spectrum. Single lines and chords both sound at home.
The metallic-gold body, mated with a Jetsons pickguard, space needle headstock, wild alien cutaways, and light weight make this pure sonic inspiration. There is nothing like it
And yes, playing chords on this thing will blow your mind. Not for the faint of heart.
